Processing of Orders
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing begins once we receive your order confirmation email. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification letting you know it has shipped.

Returns Policy
At MyDoodle.nl, we understand that sometimes a product doesn't meet your expectations. That's why we've created a returns policy to help you in such situations. Here are the details of our returns policy:
Return period
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refund
In the event of a return, we will refund the full order amount, excluding the return shipping costs. Please note that some items cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, but we will clearly indicate this on the product page.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Paretol.webshop@gmail.com . Be sure to include your order number and attach a photo of the damaged item. We handle such cases individually and strive for a satisfactory resolution.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, the money will be credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days, whichever is usually sooner.
