At MyDoodle.nl, we strive for your complete customer satisfaction. We've developed our returns policy to ensure you can shop with confidence, knowing that if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.

1. GENERAL

Our returns policy includes a generous 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. It is also essential that you can present your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at Info@mydoodle.nl . Please note that returns must be shipped to the warehouse where the products originated, which in this case is Rotterdam. Therefore, please contact us first so we can provide you with the correct return address.

2. DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS

It's crucial that you check the condition of your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice an item is defective, damaged, or if you accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This way, we can assess the problem and provide the appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

3. EXCHANGES

If you want to receive the item you want quickly, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you want. This is often the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.

4. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

Regardless of the above policy, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without giving a reason. As previously stated, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will immediately notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method, and it will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to fully process the refund and display it in your account.
